Bronze with brown patina.

Signed in Cyrillic on the terrace.

Good condition.

Model created in 1873, cast by Chopin from 1874 until his death in 1892, inspired by Boris Ivanovich Morozov (1590-1661), Russian boyar and statesman who led the government during the early reign of Tsar Alexis , of whom he was guardian and brother-in-law.
