Lot 350 : Icon of Déisis or “intercession”. Christ Pantocrator in the center is surrounded by the Mother of God on the left and Saint John the Baptist on the right. Tempera and gold on wood. High. 24.3 Width. 18.5cm.

Lot 352 : Travel icon of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. Painting on mother-of-pearl, oval in shape, in its silver oklad 84 zolotniks (875 thousandths) with radiant decoration, surrounded by a flowery frieze. Russia, Moscow, circa 1890

Goldsmith: probably Nicolai Slavyanov (active 1883-1898).

Mother-of-pearl: 45 mm.

Oklad: High. 8 Width. 6 cm.

Silver-plated wooden frame in the style of the 18th century.
